Seabees RTMs 2.1

The Navy’s Seabees Rate Training Manuals (RTM) mobile application provides Sailors in seven occupational fields with a convenient way to complete mandatory basic and advanced training, regardless of location.

The Seabees RTM app includes manuals for the following ratings: Builder, Construction Electrician, Construction Mechanic, Engineering Aide, Equipment Operation, Steelworker, and Utilitiesman.

Users can access the guides offline in PDF format. Each chapter within the RTM contains review questions designed to evaluate comprehension. To pass each chapter and the entire course, a minimum score of 80% is required. Course completions are transmitted to the Navy Training Management and Planning System as either a pass or fail.
